SinuTone is an Android app for international calling with transparent rates, wide coverage, and HD voice.
Which platforms are supported?
Only Android for now (Android 5.0+). iOS is planned — check our announcements.
Account
How do I register?
Install the app and register with your mobile number. Some features may require identity verification per local regulations.
Forgot my password?
Use "Forgot password" on the login screen and reset via SMS verification.
Rates & billing
How do I check rates?
Use our rate lookup page or check in the app. Billing is usually per CNY/minute, rounded up to one minute.
Do website rates match the app?
We sync regularly. If they differ briefly, in-app rates shown before dialing apply.
How do I top up?
Open Wallet or My Account in the app and follow the payment options shown there.
Calls & quality
How do I dial internationally?
Usually dial country code + number without 00 or +. Example for the US: start with 1 then the local number. The in-app dialer helps format numbers.
Poor quality or failed calls?
- Check your network (Wi-Fi or stable 4G/5G recommended);
- Ensure sufficient balance;
- Verify country code and number;
- If issues persist, contact support with time and destination (partially masked).

Where to download officially?
Only from our download page or in-app update links. Avoid third-party APKs.
Blocked from installing unknown apps?
Enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager in system settings, then retry. Steps vary by device brand.
